EXERCISES :
Abdominals: with the multitude of settings offered by the Kletter Combi trainer training bench, you can work on crunches and bust lifts by tilting the bench and fixing your feet using the wrist straps. By placing yourself in the other direction, and placing your hands on the structure, you will be able to work the lower rectus (lower belly).
Lumbars and rectifiers of the spine: the bench is also designed for working the lumbar muscles located in the lower back, as well as the deeper muscles that support the spine thanks to its height adjustable rod and its contact surfaces.
The erector muscles of the spine: these are the much deeper muscles that support the spine.
