Refund /Return/Exchange Policy
Return and Exchange Policy:
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days from the date of receipt.
- Exchanges will not be accepted if the product has been used or the original tag has been removed.
- Please keep the products in their original condition and packaging.
Return or Exchange Options via Shipping Companies:
- SMSA Express: Return for 30 SAR, exchange for 36 SAR.
- RedBox Lockers (self-service delivery): Return for 11 SAR, exchange for 22 SAR.
- Thabit Shipping: Return for 25 SAR, exchange for 36 SAR.
Refund Policy:
When returning a product, shipping fees will be deducted from the product"s value, and the refund will be processed to the original payment method. For exchanges, the shipping fees must be transferred to our bank account to create two shipping labels (for the exchange).
Returning Products at Our Branches (Riyadh Only):

The purchase receipt must be presented within 3 days from the purchase date, and the product must be in its original condition. The refund will be processed to the original payment method, and the amount will be transferred to the customer’s bank account. The branch is not responsible for refunds of orders made through our online store.
Order Cancellation and Refund:
If the order is canceled after the shipping label has been issued and the order status is "Ready," the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
