The store reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at its discretion in certain situations — including, but not limited to: unavailability of a product, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent orders, or selection of a shipping provider that does not deliver to the customer"s area or is intended for specific product categories (e.g., sports equipment while ordering non-related items).
\nIn such cases, any payment made for the unfulfilled or canceled order will be refunded.

If an order is canceled after its status has been updated to "Ready", shipping fees will be charged to the customer and deducted from the total order value before the refund is processed, in accordance with the original payment method.

If the order status changes to "Out for Delivery" and the customer fails to receive the order, resulting in its return to our warehouse, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees as per the selected courier service.

Promotional bundle offers (e.g., Buy a product, get one free) apply only to selected products and are subject to availability in our warehouse inventory.
